Autorícese al Gobierno nacional, al Congreso de la República y a las Fuerzas Militares y de Policía para rendir honores al entonces Presidente de la República Marco Fidel Suárez, en acto especial y protocolario, el 9 de noviembre de cada año en el municipio de Bello, Antioquia. Este evento contará con la presencia de altos funcionarios del Gobierno nacional, miembros del Congreso de la República y demás autoridades locales y regionales. El acto conmemorativo tendrá una parada militar de las Fuerzas Militares y de Policía.
