Durante el mismo lapso el ladrillo, el cemento, la teja de barro cocido, la madera manufacturada, la arena, la cal y el balasto que se transporte en el Ferrocarril del pacifico, con destino a edificaciones en Buenaventura, se hará al precio de costo por el Consejo Administrativo de los Ferrocarriles Nacionales.
