º. La Comisión Especial ejercerá sus funciones hasta la fecha en que se inicie el próximo periodo ordinario de sesiones de la Comisión Interamericana de Derechos Humanos, en 1995. En todo caso, el informe final de sus labores deberá ser presentado al Gobierno Nacional con quince días de antelación a la fecha de iniciación del aludido período de sesiones.
