La Junta Directiva podrá deliberar y decidir válidamente con la presencia y los votos de la mayoría de sus miembros. De las reuniones de la Junta Directiva, se levantarán actas que deberán ser firmadas por el Presidente, y el Secretario de la misma, las cuales se harán constar en un libro de actas.
