Cumplimiento. Los servicios de vigilancia y seguridad privada, enunciados en el artículo 2.6.1.1.4.1., deberán presentar a la Superintendencia de Vigilancia y Seguridad Privada a más tardar el 30 de abril de cada año, los estados financieros consolidados a 31 de diciembre del año inmediatamente anterior.

Parágrafo

Para efectos de controlar la relación mínima de patrimonio se deberá enviar además de los estados financieros básicos (balance general consolidado, estado de resultados y notas a los estados financieros), el estado de cambio en la situación patrimonial comparada con el año inmediatamente anterior de aquel que se informa.
