Expedición del CERT. El Ministerio de Hacienda y Crédito Público ordenará la expedición del CERT a cada uno de los beneficiarios a través de un acto administrativo, dentro del mes siguiente a la recepción del informe final de que trata el artículo 2.2.6.3.1 de este Decreto. Dicho informe contendrá la lista de beneficiarios con el monto de inversiones y el monto del CERT a otorgar, y será remitido, según corresponda, por la ANH o la ANM, al Ministerio de Minas y Energía y al Ministerio de Hacienda y Crédito Público.
