Art. 9°. Cada Consejo Municipal tendrá su sello especial, con el nombre del Municipio y las armas de la Republica, el cual sello será de su único uso y propiedad exclusiva en todos sus actos oficiales. Dicho sello se pondrá en todas las cedulas del libro impreso o manuscrito, de talones, en los cuales se dejara constancia del nombre, apellido, origen, sexo, edad, estado y profesión, arte u oficio, religión y conocimiento de lectura y escritura del cedulado.
