Vencido el término del traslado a que se refiere el artículo anterior el Consejo Profesional Nacional de Ingenierías Eléctrica, Mecánica y Profesiones Afines, dispondrá de veinte (20) días para practicar las pruebas solicitadas por el interesado, y las demás que de oficio considere conveniente pala el mejor esclarecimiento de los hechos,
