º DISTRIBUCION POR CONDUCTO DE INTERMEDIARIOS DE SEGUROS. Bajo la exclusiva e indelegable responsabilidad directa de la respectiva sociedad administradora del sistema general de pensiones, ésta podrá, mediante la celebración de un convenio, utilizar a los intermediarios de seguros que se encuentren sujetos a supervisión permanente por parte de la superintendencia Bancaria;, para promover a vinculación a la misma, administrar su relación con el afiliado y disponer el recaudo, pago y transferencia de recursos respecto de dicha sociedad. Los demás intermediarios de seguros sólo podrán promover la vinculación a la correspondiente sociedad administradora del sistema general de pensiones, bajo la responsabilidad directa de la misma.
