Art. 70. Desde el primer día del año escolar el Director de cada escuela fijará en cada clase un programa en que aparezca distribuido el tiempo, entre las diferentes materias de enseñanza, por meses, por días y por horas. El maestro deberá ceñirse estrictamente a dicho programa, de modo que en cualquier momento se sepa cuál es la tarea que corresponde al Institutor, y cuál la que corresponde a los alumnos. Asimismo fijará una lista semanal de los alumnos por su orden de mérito, según el aprovechamiento que hubieren mostrado y la conducta que hayan observado. CAPITULO VII Escuelas nocturnas
