El incumplimiento de lo previsto en el artículo 67, acarreara una sanción de cinco salarios mínimos mensuales legales cuando no se presente la solicitud en el termino señalado. Si el titular de la licencia no presenta la solicitud de modificación, dará lugar a la perdida de los derechos conferidos en la autorización.
