Artículo séptimo. Ninguna empresa de transporte automotor por carretera podrá funcionar sin haberse inscrito en el Ministerio de Fomento. Por esta inscripción no se cobrara ninguna clase de derechos.

Parágrafo

Las empresas que en la actualidad están presentando dichos servicios deberán inscribirse dentro del plazo que les fije ese Ministerio.
