Artículo segundo . Para desempeñar el cargo de Ingeniero Interventor de los estudios, construcción y reconstrucción de la carretera Cabrera-Puente de Lata, que adelanta el Instituto de Colonización e Inmigración, por contrato celebrado con Miguel Hartmann Perdomo, creado por el artículo anterior, nómbrase al señor Héctor Montoya Correa, quien antes de posesionarse deberá constituír la fianza correspondiente, de acuerdo con las normas dictadas por la Contraloría General de la República. Comuníquese y publíquese.
