Artículo primero. Destínase la suma de treinta y cuatro mil novecientos sesenta y nueve pesos con veintiocho centavos ($ 34.969.28) moneda corriente, recaudados por el Instituto Nacional de Higiene "Samper Martínez" durante el mes de agosto de 1957, así: Para adquisición de equipos, elementos, materias primas, construcción y reparaciones locativas, gastos de sostenimiento, pago de jornales, y demás gastos similares inherentes al funcionamiento del Instituto Nacional de Higiene "Samper Martínez", en la presente vigencia y anteriores $ 34.969.28
