De todos los objetos que constituyen el cuerpo del delito, el funcionario de instrucción hará un inventario detallado en que conste el precio del avalúo y se pasará al Administrador o agente para qué, terminado el juicio, si hubiere recaído fallo condenatorio, los venda en las mejores condiciones posibles, y si fuere absolutorio el fallo, para que los devuelva al interesado. Las materias o artículos decomisados se entregarán al Administrador o agente de rentas.
