º Los bienes de la Empresa Puertos de Colombia, en liquidación, gozarán de especial protección del Estado. Las operaciones que sobre los mismos se realicen, tales como avalúos y ventas, se harán con criterio estrictamente comercial, de modo que ningún bien pueda ser objeto de donación o ser utilizado con fines distintos a los de la liquidación de la Empresa o a la prestación del servicio portuario a su cargo.
