Art. 7º. Hecha la concesión del privilegio, el Gobierno prohibirá la importación de naipes á la Republica, disposición que empezara a ejecutarse seis meses después de publicado este decreto, de acuerdo con lo que preceptúa el artículo 204 de la Constitución.
