Art. 3.° Antes de ser destinada al uso público cualquiera de las bodegas cuyo establecimiento se permite por este decreto se examinarán por peritos nombrados : uno por el Prefecto de la Provincia, otro por el Agente Fiscal del Circuito y otro por el constructor. Esa exposición pericial deberá ser aprobada por el Prefecto previo traslado al Agente Fiscal. En cartel impreso se mantendrán fijados el dictamen pericial y su aprobación en lugar visible de la bodega.
