Modificación Del Numeral 3 Y Adición De Un Parágrafo Al Artículo 4° Del Decreto 642 De 2020

Decreto 960 de 2021 · Por el cual se modifica el numeral 3 del artículo 4°, el numeral 8 del artículo 5°, se adiciona un parágrafo al artículo 6° y se modifican los artículos 11 y 16 del Decreto 642 de 2020.

al artículo 4° del Decreto 642 de 2020, el cual quedará así: “3. Fecha máxima hasta la cual la Entidad Estatal podrá celebrar acuerdos de pago, la cual en ningún caso podrá ser posterior al treinta y uno (31) de octubre de 2021”. “

Parágrafo

En todo caso el pago de las sentencias o conciliaciones debidamente ejecutoriadas que se encontraban en mora a 25 de mayo de 2019, deberá realizarse a más tardar el 31 de julio de 2022”.
