° En las poblaciones donde hubiere matadero público toda persona que desee beneficiar una res en un radio de dos kilómetros de la población deberá hacerlo en el matadero, so pena de incurrir en una multa de un peso oro ($ 1) que se repartirá por partes iguales entre el Municipio y la Renta.
