Articulo 12. Formado el censo de que trata el artículo 10, la Junta, previo estudio de las documentaciones que se le hayan presentado y de los datos e informaciones que con respecto a ellas haya allegado, procederá a determinar si los reclamantes tienen derecho al auxilio y, en caso afirmativo, fijará proporcionalmente su cuantía por medio de resolución motivada.
