º. Suspéndese la obligación que tienen las cajas y secciones de ahorro de suscribir bonos del Instituto de Crédito Territorial y Acerías Paz del Río, S. A., conforme a los Decretos números 1465 de 1953 y 515 de 1954. En su reemplazo las cajas y secciones de ahorros deberán invertir y mantener no menos de un 20% de sus depósitos de ahorros en libranzas del Gobierno Nacional, de las autorizadas por medio del presente Decreto.
