Art. 1.º Para el fin de proponer al Gobierno lo que sea más conveniente hacer para terminar de una manera satisfactoria la obra del ferrocarril de Girardot, nómbrase una comisión especial compuesta de los Sres.: Gobernador del Departamento de Cundinamarca y D. Lorenzo Cuéllar para que, en asocio de la Junta Directiva y Administrativa del Ferrocarril y con voz y voto en las deliberaciones, estudio los asuntos que actualmente se relacionan con dicha obra.
