Autorizase al Gobierno para que celebre los contratos o arreglos conducentes a incorporar en la Caja Colombiana de Ahorros las cajas de ahorros que actualmente funcionan como corporaciones o sociedades particulares.

La Caja Colombiana de Ahorros podrá establecer sucursales o agencias que sustituyan las cajas de ahorros incorporadas.
