Los valores absolutos que esta Ley expresa en moneda nacional se reajustarán cada cuatro (4) años, seis (6) meses antes del respectivo debate electoral, en un porcentaje igual al que registre el índice de precios al consumidor, elaborado por el Departamento Administrativo Nacional de Estadística.
