Artículo único. Prorrógase por sesenta días más el plazo señalado por el artículo 16 del Decreto, número 527 de este año, para el registro de los créditos de que trata el artículo 15 del mismo Decreto, esto es, de 1.° de Septiembre á 31 de Octubre del mismo año:
