Las operaciones de reporto o repo, simultáneas y de transferencia temporal de valores son operaciones financieras, cuyo objetivo será determinado por cada parte. Tales operaciones se entenderán autorizadas, siempre que el régimen legal aplicable a las partes intervinientes no prohíba o restrinja su realización.
