Compensación en tratamientos de conservación. Los propietarios de terrenos e inmuebles determinados en los planes de ordenamiento territorial o en los instrumentos que los desarrollen como de conservación histórica, arquitectónica o ambiental, deberán ser compensados por esta carga derivada del ordenamiento, mediante la aplicación de compensaciones económicas, transferencias de derechos de construcción y desarrollo, beneficios y estímulos tributarios u otros sistemas que se reglamenten.
