Capote: de paño azul marino con cuello de terciopelo negro volteado; doble abotoñadura de cinco botones de ancla dorados, grandes; largura hasta quince centímetros abajo dé la rodilla, llevará atrás una presilla de dos orejas de seis centímetros de ancho, unidas por dos botones grandes; dos bolsillos laterales con tapa a la altura del último par de botones. Con el capote será obligatorio el uso de las hombreras.
