Los presupuesto mensuales de gastos constituirán en la relación de los gastos que hayan de causarse durante el mes inmediatamente siguiente, sin que tal relación haga referencia a la es poca de los pagos. Si los gastos incluidos en los presupuestos mensuales no se cubre en el mes para el cual fueron aprobados, deben pagarse en mes posteriores, sí que por eso hayan de incluirse en los nuevos presupuestos mensuales; basta que al hacer esos pagos quede claramente establecido que el gasto se ocasiono en ese mes y no posteriormente.
