Los Secretarios tendrán las siguientes funciones
Llevar una minuta de las sesiones para formar el acta respectiva.
Llevar un libro de actas y dar lectura a éstas en las sesiones.
Suministrar todas las informaciones que los miembros del Consejo soliciten en relación con los asuntos de las Órdenes.
Cumplir todas las comisiones que les confíe el Gran Canciller.
Llevar el registro general de todos los miembros de las Órdenes.
