Decreto 1738 de 1952 · Por el cual se autoriza un auxilio, se dictan unas disposiciones, se hacen unos traslados, se abren unos créditos adicionales - suplementales y extraordinarios - y se aclaran unas leyendas en el Presupuesto para la presente vigencia fiscal

Artículo tercero. Dicha Junta estará encargada de levantar el censo de las personas que a causa de tales incendios hayan quedado en situación que las haga acreedoras a recibir el auxilio, el cual se asignará por medio de Resoluciones individuales, motivadas que suscribirán el Presidente de la Junta y su Secretario.

Parágrafo

La Junta, elegirá de su seno un Presidente y un Secretario, y elaborará su propio reglamento, teniendo en cuenta las disposiciones de este Decreto, que deberá comunicar al Gobierno.
