Privilegios o prerrogativas . El Fondo, como establecimiento público y organismo administrativo, goza de los mismos privilegios y prerrogativas acordados a la Nación. En consecuencia está exento del pago de impuestos nacionales, departamentales y municipales, salvo lo previsto en el artículo 99 del Decreto 1988 de 1974.
