Distribución y transferencia de recursos de juegos novedosos. Para efectos de mejorar el flujo de recursos hacia el sector salud, a partir del mes de mayo y hasta el 31 de diciembre de 2020, la distribución y transferencia de recursos de juegos de suerte y azar novedosos se realizará en el mes siguiente a su recaudo y no de forma semestral, aplicando los porcentajes y demás disposiciones previstos en el artículo 40 de la Ley 643 de 2001.
