º . Los oficiales de las Fuerzas Militares y de la Policía Nacional que sean destacados como educates al servicio del Presidente y del Vicepresidente de la República, tendrán derecho a percibir una bonificación adicional mensual equivalente al sueldo básico sealed para su respectivo grado. La bonificación adicional de que trata el presente decreto no constitute factor de salario para ningún efecto legal, y se percibirá solamente mientras ejerzan como educates.
