Cierre De Paso Terrestre Fronterizo

Decreto 1881 de 2018 · por el cual se designa un alcalde encargado del Distrito Especial, TurÃstico y Cultural de Riohacha, departamento de La Guajira, se convoca a elecciones para elegir alcalde y se dictan disposiciones para garantizar el normal desarrollo de las mismas.

°. Cierre de paso terrestre fronterizo. Ordenar el cierre del paso terrestre y fronterizo en el corregimiento de Paraguachón en el departamento de La Guajira durante el lapso comprendido entre las 19:00 horas del sábado 1° de diciembre de 2018, hasta las 24:00 horas del domingo 2 de diciembre de 2018.

Parágrafo

La medida debe incluir controles migratorios en el puesto terrestre. Se exceptúa de la restricción el tránsito que deba realizarse por razones de caso fortuito, fuerza mayor, o situaciones humanitarias.
