La Superintendencia Bancaria continuará desarrollando las funciones que le fueron otorgadas en virtud de las leyes números 66 de 1968 en concordancia con el Decreto 2610 de 1979 y 16 de 1936 en concordancia con el decreto 789 de 1979, así como también las que le fueron otorgadas en virtud de los Decretos números 2968 de 1960; 2969 de 1960, artículo 9º y 10, en concordancia con el Decreto 482 de 1961; y 1970 de 1979, artículo 1, literal b), en los mismos términos previstos en dichas disposiciones y a través de las mismas dependencias que para desarrollar tales funciones fueron contempladas en el Decreto 125 de 1976.
