El auxilio se liquidará sobre el capital efectivo que se invierta en el establecimiento de cada empresa y sobre un límite máximo de dos millones de pesos ($2.000.000) para cada una, un límite mínimo de dos cientos mil pesos ($200.000), y en un conjunto que no exceda de cinco millones de pesos ($5.000.000) en total de los capitales auxiliados por la República.
