° La Junta que funciona el Caloto por virtud del artículo 3. ° de la Ley 29 de 1911 hará los nombramientos de Intendente de trabajos y de Tesorero Pagador. Iguales atribuciones tendrá la Junta que de acuerdo con el artículo anterior haya de funcionar en Cali.
