La separación de bienes puede decretarse de plano en cualquier tiempo si se presenta copia del auto por el cual se le haya admitido al marido cesión de bienes o se le haya declarado en estado de quiebra, o se haya abierto concurso de acreedores a sus bienes.
El auto que decreta la separación en este caso es apelable en la forma establecida en el artículo 798.
