Cuando al tiempo de cometer el hecho, el agente se encuentre en estado de enajenación mental o de intoxicación crónica producida por el alcohol o por cualquiera otra sustancia, o padezca de grave anomalía psíquica, se aplicarán las sanciones fijadas en el Capítulo II del Título II de este Libro.
