Las entidades públicas o privadas que recibieren auxilios del Tesoro Nacional están obligadas a rendir a la Contraloría General de la Republica cuenta comprobada de la inversión que dieren a tales auxilios.

Parágrafo

La misma obligación rige respecto de los dineros entregados para los Territorios Escolares y para pago de becas.
