El Ministerio de Transporte, dentro de los doce (12) meses siguientes a la entrada en vigencia de la presente ley, reglamentará un mecanismo de identificación vehicular, que permita a las autoridades nacionales, territoriales y municipales reconocer a los vehículos que operen con gas combustible, para garantizar su acceso a los incentivos definidos en la presente ley y en otras normas de carácter nacional y local.
