Las causales de nulidad establecidas en este Capítulo podrán alegarse en cualquier estado del informativo, antes de vencerse el término a que se refiere el inciso primero del artículo 179 del presente reglamento, sin perjuicio de que el fallador de primera o de segunda instancia pueda declarar la nulidad oficiosamente por cualquiera de ellas.
