Las posiciones pueden presentarse en pliego cerrado o abierto, y en uno y otro caso, cuando el interesado lo solicite, se mantendrá en absoluta reserva hasta el momento de ser absueltas.

Artículo 602. Entiéndase que el que pide posiciones afirma, y por lo mismo confiesa los hechos que pregunta.
