Ded reajuste de precios. Podrán pactarse modificaciones al valor inicialmente convenido, para los casos en que los precios comerciales de los productos objeto del contrato sufran fluctuaciones. Con este fin se incluirán en el contrato las fórmulas de reajuste a que hubiere lugar.
