Prelación de mensajes. Desde el viernes 24 de mayo hasta el lunes 27 de mayo de 2002 primera vuelta, y desde el viernes 14 de junio hasta el lunes 17 de junio de 2002 segunda vuelta si fuere necesario, los servicios de telecomunicaciones darán prelación a los mensajes emitidos por las autoridades electorales.
