Auditoría. El administrador del Fondo de Fuentes Alternativas de Pago para el Desarrollo de Infraestructura (FIP) contratará, con cargo a los recursos del Fondo, una auditoría externa que tendrá, como mínimo, la obligación de hacer seguimiento a la utilización de los recursos del Fondo por parte del administrador del mismo, así como de presentar informes al Consejo Directivo sobre el funcionamiento, gestión y operación del Fondo.
