Artículo décimo segundo. Las Juntas Administradoras de Deportes participarán en los programas y planes sobre educación física, deportes, fomento y estimulo a las actividades de bienestar y recreación de la Juventud, movimientos juveniles y demás aspectos similares que a escala nacional programen las Asociaciones Nacionales con el Instituto Colombiano de la Juventud y el Deporte. Para ello celebrarán convenios con el Instituto Colombiano de la Juventud y el Deporte.
