Suspensión y restablecimiento. La suspensión de un oficial o suboficial en el ejercicio de sus funciones o atribuciones será dispuesta por las autoridades y medios señalados en el Artículo 103 del Decreto 612 de 1977, únicamente a solicitud de la autoridad jurisdiccional competente que haya proferido contra el militar un auto de detención preventiva. El restablecimiento del oficial o suboficiales el ejercicio de sus funciones y atribuciones también será decretado por la correspondiente autoridad administrativa, en base a solicitud formulada por el juez o funcionario de instrucción competente.
